About Us

At Broken Bread Bakery we understand and appriciate what it is like to have a food allergy, intolerance or sensitivity. Finding tasty Gluten Free foods with a pleasing texture can be very difficult. It is our goal to create Gluten free food that is delicious.
 

We use a variety of diffent flour blends in our recipies to cater to as many customers as possible. Typical gluten free breads are full of flours and starches that will raise your blood sugar. We try to use as little starch as possible and use flours higher in protein.

Here at the Broken Bread Bakery we do not believe that Gluten Free Baking needs to be full of fat and sugar to make it taste good.
